Donate to HOPE of East Central Illinois today to help survivors of domestic violence on their path to safety.
Every person is deserving of safety.
The past year has been difficult for all of us, but especially so for those experiencing domestic violence. There are many in our communities for whom home is not a safe place.
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a perfect storm for our most vulnerable community members: combining the stresses of job loss, increases in alcohol and substance abuse, increases in social isolation, and restrictions on movement all lead to an increase in the likelihood and severity of family violence.
HOPE of East Central Illinois exists to empower people to live independent, nonviolent lives through the provisions of housing, outreach, prevention, and education.
We provide crisis intervention, housing, counseling, and legal advocacy to survivors of domestic violence in Coles, Clark, Cumberland, Edgar, Douglas, Moultrie, and Shelby counties.
We believe that every person is deserving of safety.
You can help with your time, your skills, your voice, and your dollars.
Will you join us in providing hope today?
